Employment Support

People with developmental and physical disabilities are eligible for The Arc’s Supported Work Program. They are assisted in matching their interests, skills and talents with jobs in the community.

Assistance is given to help people find employment and then keep it. We offer a variety of short and long-term supports, including assessment, hands on job coaching and advocacy, with employers. Positions range from manufacturing to food service to retail and clerical.

Job placement is also available for people re-entering the work force after an injury or an illness. We work with participants on assessment, job placement and job retention.
