Orleans Enterprises

Orleans Enterprises offers vocational training and evaluation in a packaging and assembly setting. Employees learn job skills, positive work habits and attitudes. Jobs are procured from local, state and national businesses.

A Diagnostic Vocational Evaluation (DVE), through tools such as situational assessments and the McCarron Dial testing system, provides a comprehensive vocational assessment that helps people and staff to determine goals related to the workplace.

Rehabilitative Case Management is a key component of the program. Case managers help people develop goals and good work habits, as well as provide linkage and referral to area human service agencies.
