Robert E. Waters Clinic

The Robert E. Waters Article 16 Clinic, certified by the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, provides a wide variety of services for children, adults and their families. Services include speech, occupational and physical therapy, psychological, nursing and counseling services, as well as social work, behavioral interventions, nutrition and rehabilitation counseling. All clinic staff are highly skilled and licensed in New York State.
