Robert E. Waters Clinic

Before 2000, adults with developmental disabilities had to go outside of Orleans County to receive therapy. That’s why we created the Robert E. Waters Clinic. The clinic, a collaboration with Wayne ARC’s Article 16 clinical service, provides a wide variety of services including:

  • Speech, occupational and physical therapy.
  • Psychological, nursing and counseling services.
  • Social work and behavioral interventions.
  • Nutrition counseling.
  • Audiology.

The Robert E. Waters Article 16 Clinic, certified by the state Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, maintains a highly skilled staff, all of whom are licensed in New York.
