We want your loved ones to have every opportunity for a satisfying, productive career – a career to be proud of, to get excited about.

We help them achieve that – and make no mistake, it’s their achievement – in a variety of ways:

  • We provide extensive vocational assessment, including preferred learning styles, vocational strengths, career goals and necessary support.
  • We provide job advocacy on-site, to help employers accommodate your loved one, and your loved one climb to higher successes.
  • We offer an on-site packaging and assembly service through Orleans Enterprises, to help us closely monitor workers while still providing good, useful service to businesses.
  • We manage two of our own businesses – a mobile janitorial service and an auto-detailing business. That lets us customize our management to meet your loved one’s needs.
  • We even support volunteers at a number of local non-profits, because a good career isn’t always about making money.
